We saw NDIS providers drowning in admin and scattered tools. So we built something better.

We kept seeing the same thing. NDIS providers — passionate people doing important work — spending half their week on admin instead of care.
A spreadsheet for contacts. A separate app for scheduling. Another for email. JotForm for intake. Manual reminders by text. Invoices sent and forgotten. Five tools that don't talk to each other, none of them built for the NDIS.

Michael leads product strategy and business operations. He saw firsthand how NDIS providers were underserved by existing software — either too complex, too expensive, or too generic. He started Carely to build something that actually fits the way small NDIS practices work.

Tron
Platform & Implementation
Tron is the technical backbone of Carely. He handles platform configuration, integrations, and implementation — making sure every new customer's workspace is set up properly and running smoothly from day one.

Marie
Customer Success
Marie is the first person you'll talk to after signing up. She handles onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Her job is to make sure you're actually getting value from the platform, not just paying for it.
